You agree the price
The price comes before any work, with stairs, furniture moving and add-ons as their own lines. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
The cleaning
Services fulfilled by our affiliated service partner, Maid VIP. Carpet usually stays slightly damp for hours, not days.
A short follow-up
About 30 days later, one email asks whether the cleaning went ahead and how it went.
