This site is operated by Moorpark Carpet Cleaners, a fictitious business name being registered with the Ventura County Clerk-Recorder, at 4225 Tierra Rejada Rd, Ste C, Moorpark, CA 93021. Any dispute about this site is governed by California law.
How referrals work
Moorpark Carpet Cleaners is an independent marketing and referral service, not a cleaning company. We do not clean carpets, upholstery, rugs or tile, or perform any work in your home. Quotes and cleaning are arranged through our affiliated partner, Maid VIP, a California domestic referral agency, and the cleaning is done by independent professionals who set their own prices and are responsible for their own work. We may receive compensation or referral fees from participating companies for connections made through this website.
When you send a request or call the number on this site, your request goes to our affiliated partner, Maid VIP, a California domestic referral agency, at your direction, and calls are routed to it. Maid VIP arranges the work through independent professionals; Moorpark Carpet Cleaners does not price or perform it, and any agreement for the work is between you and Maid VIP or the professional it refers. Services fulfilled by our affiliated service partner, Maid VIP. Moorpark Carpet Cleaners and Maid VIP have common owners.
What we collect
We collect what you give us: your name and phone number, and if you add them, your email and street address and the details of your request (the service, size, area, budget, timeline, whether insurance is paying, and any notes). We also record the page you sent the request from and the site or campaign that brought you here. When you call, our phone provider gives us your number, the time and length of the call, and the caller location tied to your number. Calls are not recorded; a voicemail you leave is kept as described below.
Who we share it with
We share your request with our affiliated partner, Maid VIP, so it can contact you and arrange and price the job, including sharing what an independent professional needs to do the work; that is how the service works, and they may pay us for it. We also use service providers to run this site and deliver requests: Cloudflare (hosting and request storage), Twilio (call routing and voicemail), Zapier and Google (request emails), and Google Analytics (visit statistics, loaded only after you accept). We don’t sell your information to anyone else.
Calls and voicemail
Calls to this site’s phone number are not recorded. Maid VIP hears a short announcement that the call comes from Moorpark Carpet Cleaners before taking it. If nobody answers and you leave a voicemail, the message is kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Analytics, cookies and browser signals
We use Google Analytics to count visits, requests and phone taps, and only if you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page; until then it doesn’t load. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, it counts as a refusal and analytics doesn’t load. Google Analytics 4 doesn’t log or store IP addresses, and we don’t use advertising cookies or ad pixels.
Follow-up and confirming completed jobs
About 30 days after a request with an email address, we send one short email asking whether the cleaning went ahead; you can answer in one click or unsubscribe. To confirm which jobs were completed, we may compare our records with Maid VIP’s invoices and the call records.
Reviewing, changing or deleting your details
To review, correct or delete what you sent, call (805) 552-5198 or send a note through the contact form, and we’ll confirm when it’s done. We keep request records as long as we need them to deliver and account for referrals, unless you ask us to delete them.

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its effective date at the top.
